Scribble collects only the information needed to provide and protect the service, such as account details, Chronicle profile information, invitations, matching preferences, device/security information, payments, safety reports, and limited usage data. Circle conversations, images, Story content, and other Circle records are end-to-end encrypted, so Scribble cannot silently read them. Chronicle content, Ripples, and other member-visible information may be processed by Scribble according to the visibility you choose. Hosts who run Scribble Rounds may see enrollment and privacy-safe aggregate outcomes, but they cannot see Circle messages, images, Story content, private Chronicle drafts, encryption keys, or individual post-formation activity.
You control who can see your Chronicle content and whether anything is shared outside Scribble. Private Chronicle drafts are for you only and are not used for matching or host reporting. External sharing happens only through an explicit action, and content copied or saved outside Scribble may no longer be technically retractable. You can block, report, leave Circles, manage account visibility, and request account deletion; encrypted-content reports share only the evidence you intentionally submit. Scribble may retain limited operational, payment, safety, or legal records where necessary and otherwise deletes or minimizes data according to applicable retention rules. Scribble is intended for users aged 18 and over.
